At Themis Baumanagement, we are offering our clients services in construction planning and project-management. We specialise in the renovation and modernisation of existing buildings, commercial and residential building inspections (ÖNROM B1300), construction safety inspections (BauKG), building damage-inspections and renovation plans, as well as BIM-Modeling
We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of digital planning, on-site inspections, and project coordination. This position is located in Klagenfurt.
Your Role
- Conduct independent building inspections across Austria, ensuring safety, compliance,
and technical accuracy. - Perform and maintain BIM modelling using Revit and/or AutoCAD, incorporating site
changes and updates. - Prepare structured photo documentation: inspection reports and photo documentation
- Collaborate with project managers and planners to keep digital models aligned with
field conditions. - Plan and oversee renovation and retrofit projects, including scheduling, vendor
coordination, and quality assurance. - Ensure documentation and certificates are valid and up to date.
- Continuously improve digital workflows, quality standards, and internal best practices.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or comparable qualification
- 3 years experience with BIM coordination (preferably Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD), and inspection workflows
- Strong organisational and communication skills; capable of bridging field work with digital documentation
- Proven ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in report writing, QA/QC checks
- Must be comfortable with Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iPadOS)
- Proficient in English, German language skill is a bonus

Compensation
Based on qualifications and experience, gross salary range: €2,645 – €3,390/month (14x/year) for 39-hours/ weeks. Higher compensation is possible depending on your expertise and skills.
